time to blog again, the beer we brewed was a copy of a
trappist monk brew from Bavaria, Chimay, pronounced She--May.
we can buy some of the real stuff at one of our finer liqour depots, I will get some and try it on easter. By the way, Dan I still remember the beer your brother-in-law brought to Annies wedding.
